ST-LOUIS-DE-BLANDFORD, February 2023 - The Sortie 228 rest stop - La Porte de L'Érable is thrilled to announce the deployment of Tesla V3 generation superchargers.
La Porte de L’Érable rest area is delighted to announce the commissioning of Tesla's V3 generation superchargers. These are 20 chargers with 250 kW of power each that will be added to the Tesla supercharger network and will also facilitate the future Cybertruck charging. Tesla drivers can now use them. The Tesla supercharger allows for the fastest charging, adding up to 322 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes.
This new service for electric vehicle users is part of the cutting-edge development of the rest area. Major investments in 2021 had already allowed for the addition of refueling infrastructure for heavy vehicles as well as a significant expansion of 125,000 sq. ft. of parking for trucks, buses, and recreational vehicles.
The Sortie 228 - La Porte de L’Érable rest area is strategically located in St-Louis-de-Blandford, between Montreal and Quebec City, along Highway 20. It thus becomes one of the most complete stops in Quebec. Users already benefit from the services offered by Ultramar, Marché Express, Tim Hortons, and A&W as well as a fast-charging Circuit électrique superstation of 50 kW for any electric vehicle.
